Observation

Licensor observed that storage on back patio was unlocked and accessible to children, the cabinet below the sink in the bathroom was unlocked and accessible to children, that the gate blocking the kitchen was taken down leaving the kitchen and the contents of the cabinets accessible to children, and that bedrooms and closet in hallway were accessible and unlocked.
